莲藕莲子干贝花生排骨汤
*莲藕莲子干贝花生排骨汤*
1.排骨300g,川烫备用。
2.莲子,干贝,红枣,花生各少许。(花生必须先煮软)
3.莲藕洗净切片。
4.将所有材料放入slow cooker加入热水熬2,3个小时就可以了。
